In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Upon registration, you will create a unique username and password for your c444com Account. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials at all times.

You agree to:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the c444com Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances including deposited funds where legally permissible, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one c444com Account, or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account policy.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain — commonly known as "bonus abuse", "arbing errors", or "scalping system faults".
• Using automated bots, scripts, crawlers, or any non-human interface to interact with the c444com Platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or placing matched bets with the purpose of qualifying for bonuses without genuine risk.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the c444com Platform, including game software and RNG systems.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to mask your true geographic location or identity.
• Engaging in any conduct that c444com reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harassing toward c444com staff or other users.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your c444com Account by any person under the age of 21.

All c444com Account transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits are credited to your c444com Account balance promptly upon confirmed receipt of funds, subject to payment provider processing times. c444com does not charge deposit fees on its end, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. This includes CNIC verification, proof of address, and where required, payment method ownership confirmation.

Any unauthorised use of c444com intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, c444com's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your c444com Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

c444com expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, network interruptions, or server outages — including during live betting events or casino sessions.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain Account security or resulting from unauthorised access where you have not promptly reported the breach.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of sports data, odds, statistics, or event information displayed on the Platform.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any advice, information, or communication from c444com's customer support team that does not constitute a formal contractual representation.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit c444com's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by c444com's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

c444com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after request.
• Conduct that c444com determines, at its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 5.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a verified third-party responsible gaming referral.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requiring c444com to restrict or close your Account.

Upon Account termination, any real-money balance remaining in your Account — after deduction of any Bonus Funds or amounts subject to ongoing investigation — will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which c444com holds its international gaming license.

Your continued use of the c444com Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
